Massage Therapists

Carrie Tengbergen, LMT

From the flowers in her hair and her undeniable aloha vibes to the way she floats as she walks, it is as though Carrie was freshly imported from the Hawaiian Islands this morning. She was born and raised on the island of Oahu and we are pretty sure the water of the pacific runs in her veins.

Carrie decided on Massage Therapy 15 years ago due to the freedom and flexibility to travel and have kids. She’s completed over 1,000 hours of certifications from The Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona. She has truly healing hands, appreciates every aspect of the healing journey, and has a passion for working with expectant mothers. Every treatment transports you to the islands as you listen to Hawaiian music and she completely relaxes your body and mind with massage.

While Carrie is not Hawaiian by blood, she is every bit Hawaiian by heart and soul- she dances hula, practices lei making, speaks the language, and lives the culture of compassion everyday. Carrie loves spending time with her family, and she and her husband Quinten have two beautiful daughters, Ariya and Naomi!

Luisa Villanueva, LMT

Luisa is our massage therapist with hands that work magic and a calming presence that zen you out during deep tissue massages. Born and raised in Alaska, she migrated back to the PNW with her sidekicks, Ian and Kylie, proving that her love for the wilderness extends beyond just icy landscapes.

Graduating from Ashmead College in 2006, Luisa is not your average massage therapist – she holds a Certificate in Sports/Clinical Treatments, making her the MVP of muscle recovery. Whether you're sore from a workout or just had a collision with your car or with your coffee table, Luisa's got you covered with a massage repertoire that could make even the toughest knots surrender. Her massage technique is like a symphony – strong, direct, yet caring and compassionate.

Outside the massage room, Luisa swaps her kneading hands for the steering wheel on road trips, exploring the great outdoors with her family.

Tara Lepro, LMT

Tara is a licensed massage therapist with advanced certifications in lymphatic drainage and breast massage, offering gentle, therapeutic sessions that promote deep relaxation and healing. Her sessions are calm, intentional, and quiet—encouraging patients to take a break from the noise of daily life and gently reconnect with their bodies. She believes in creating space for inward focus and self-care, where true healing can begin.

Tara graduated from Body Mechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage and has spent most of her life in the peaceful beauty of the Pacific Northwest with family. Her approach to massage is both calming and curious—she listens carefully to each patient's needs and blends her techniques to create a personalized path to relief and recovery.

With a passion for ongoing learning, Tara continues to expand her skills and specializes in lymphatic drainage massage, a gentle technique known to reduce swelling and fluid retention, ease joint pain, support pre- and post-surgical recovery, and assist in healing from acute injuries. She is also trained in breast massage, offering thoughtful and respectful care for those seeking support in this unique area of wellness.

When she’s not in the clinic, Tara enjoys nurturing her own well-being through yoga, hiking, and spending quiet moments in nature. She is excited to continue growing as a practitioner and helping others live more comfortably and peacefully in their bodies.
